- Inspection at Delivery
Customers must check color, size, quantity, and quality in front of the delivery agent.
No complaints or returns are accepted after the delivery is completed.
- Return Conditions
You can decline the product at the time of delivery without any return fee.
Products must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed before product use.
Re-delivery or exchange will include additional delivery charges.
- Warranty
All products come with a 180-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
Natural leather variations and slight color differences are not considered defects.
- Non-Returnable Items
Used, damaged, or customized products are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Policy Changes
Lighthouse Leather reserves the right to update the return/exchange policy anytime without prior notice.
