1. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, the company confirms it within 1 working day. After confirmation, delivery proceeds under their shipping policy. Customers cannot cancel either prepaid or COD orders once confirmed.

2. Delivery Locations, Charges & Timing

Inside Dhaka (Cash on Delivery - COD):

Delivery within 3 working days.
You must inspect the products (color, size, quality, quantity) in front of the delivery agent. No complaint accepted afterward.
If you choose to exchange (even for correct product), and decide to replace it, delivery charge applies per change.

No return fee applicable if returned at time of delivery inspection.

Inside Dhaka (Prepaid): Same timeline (3 working days). No cancellations after confirmation. Exchange incurs additional delivery charges.
Outside Dhaka (COD or Prepaid):
Delivery to local Thana level; in some cases, you may need to collect from a courier point.
Delivery fee is Tk 130, though it may vary based on weight/quantity.
Delivery takes 5 working days outside Dhaka.

3. Inspection & Returns/Exchange:
At delivery, inspect the items: no complaints accepted after that.
Exchanges are allowed before use, but re-delivery incurs an extra delivery charge.
If you decline the product at inspection, no return fee applies.

4. Delays & Responsibility:
Delivery times may vary due to government rules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
If shipment is damaged or lost in transit by their courier partners, they will consider the situation and act accordingly.

Quality & Color Variations

Lighthouse Leather BD says they strive for high quality—offering a 180-day warranty in case of unexpected quality issues.
Colors shown online may slightly differ due to lighting or screen display.
