1. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed within 1 working day.

Once confirmed, no cancellations are allowed for prepaid or COD orders.

Lighthouse Leather reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or payment issues.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and subject to change without prior notice.

Product availability may vary; some items are made to order.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Inside Dhaka: 3 working days; inspect on delivery.

Outside Dhaka: 5 working days; approx. Tk 130 charge; courier point collection may apply.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

4. Returns, Exchange & Warranty

Inspect items upon delivery; no complaints accepted afterward.

Exchanges allowed before use; re-delivery costs apply.

Products carry a 180-day quality warranty against manufacturing defects.

Color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

5. Liability & Policy Updates

Lighthouse Leather is not liable for courier delays, customer misuse, or external damage after delivery.
